Child Labor Laws, who needs em?

Caleb decided to go and help some guy's across the street who were doing some work at our neighbors house. I think that only one of them spoke English, and for those of you who know our Caleb he LOVES to talk (like his father) and was giving them all an earful as he was trying to shovel gravel into the wheelbarrow. They were cute to let him "help" and I did see some occasional laughter coming from them. I'm not sure if that's good or bad.
